Enforcement Grants

Enforcement campaign grants are a crucial part of the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), Highway Safety & Traffic Division’s efforts to increase safety on Missouri roadways and help reduce the number of fatalities and serious injuries. Enforcement campaigns provide overtime funding for Law Enforcement agencies to increase traffic enforcement visibility during State and National campaigns.

Funding for the campaigns is provided through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) awarded to the MoDOT Highway Safety & Traffic Division and are awarded and administered by the Missouri Safety Center.

DWI Enforcement Campaigns

Statewide DWI enforcement campaigns are designed to reduce fatalities in specific areas in Missouri identified as high risk for alcohol-related crashes.
