The Missouri Safety Center at the University of Central Missouri provides a unique opportunity to start your profession in law enforcement and participate in continuing education throughout your career.  We are able to provide an academic police academy experience through our Class A Licensed Academy at the Central Missouri Police Academy.  As part of the University of Central Missouri Harmon College of Business and Professional Studies, you have several opportunities to work towards an academic degree and/or a certificate program in a number of areas.  Finally, we offer Missouri P.O.S.T. approved courses to continue your professional education through promotion and retirement.
