PRP for CJ Science

Projects

Project description

Dr. Joanne Kurt-Hilditch, Senior Director of the Missouri Safety Center, is one of the founding members of the Professional Research Pool (PRP) for CJ Science.  The PRP brings together researchers and practitioners in the field of criminal justice to create a forum of human subjects.  The PRP provides the researchers a place to put their research out for interest and provides the practitioners in the field a location to express interest in their research and sign up for studies.  If you are interested in becoming a study participant or you are a researcher looking for human subjects, visit the PRP website for more information.

Veterans of Safety

Projects

Project description

The Missouri Safety Center is excited to bring the Veterans of Safety home.  After the last couple of years of collaboration, the Veterans of Safety will be bringing their Safety and Health Hall of Fame International (SHHOFI) home to the University of Central Missouri and the Missouri Safety Center.  This historic collection will be shared through the Missouri Safety Center with updated virtual collections, traveling collections, and displays on campus.  With the 150th Anniversary Celebration at UCM, bringing this home to UCM is a fantastic addition to supporting safety professionals and their work throughout the years.  More information to come but visit the Veterans of Safety homepage for more information about the VOS.
