High School Driver’s Education
Course Description
An excellent course for new teenage drivers! This course provides 48 hours of instruction, including 16 hours of driving. Students will have 3 hours of practice on roads and 3 hours of observation time. Our instructors have decades of combined traffic safety and instruction experience. Class is not held on weekends. Class typically runs from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM daily, but some afternoon road practice is required.
Student Eligibility Requirements
- Must be enrolled in high school
- Must be at least 15 years old by first day of class
- Must have a valid driving permit/license
- Must have proof of insurance
Students and parents must sign a waiver before the first day of class. Attendance for all sessions is required. Use of cell phones or smart watches while in vehicles is strictly prohibited and will immediately result in a failing score and dismissal.
Payment Information
General Public. Registration cost is $350/seat and is due at the time of registration. If paying by debit/credit card, please register online. IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH CASH OR CHECK, DO NOT REGISTER ONLINE! Instead, please register in person with Drake Pacheco at the Missouri Safety Center (1200 S Holden St, Warrensburg, MO 64093).
